★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high cost, always prefer lorry over shop when it comes to havmor parlour. The scoup is always very highly priced. What is the purpose of buying that I don't understand.

People go here majority for the Brand Name and the brand has gained a very well reputation for the years.
But some outlets of these like this one are a danger on the brand name as these management are weak and the untrained and unprofessional staff get all the reputation downed.
typically taking about this outlet, it is more of a takeaway type outlet as there was not dedicated sitting area or food court kinda place there. hence this was a draw back in terms of customer satisfaction.
the quality of ice-cream as so stiff that is was feeling they had stored it on very low temperature than the recommended ones. Hence, i suggest not to take the expensive stuff and stick to the cheaper variants.
