★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went to have a bite. Ordered a few things including cheese and corn sandwich. Everything was served except the sandwich. At first we Inquired about the delay and was told they ran out of wafers. Almost 45 mins since order was placed and they kept delaying until I was finally told that they forgot to pass the order to their kitchen. Can you believe this??? Service was very disappointing, Even waiters seemed confused as well. Least they cared was to apologize for the delay. Also we were charged for something that was not ordered.
We have been coming to this place for so many years and this has been the first time we have had a bad experience service abd food quality was better under previous management. Not sure if we want to go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love icecream of Havmor. Chocobar of Havmor is best than any other brand company. Weekly twice I used to have icecream and I always prefer Havmor first for it??? Service is fast and place is also very hygienic. Best thing is location of shop is very good where you can sit and eat ice-cream properly and have good get together with your friends???I love to come again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it used to be under the branding of Havmore and at present it's HOCCO.
But the menu is same .
I had chana puri ( must try ) and butter pulav. It was good considering the price , the puri was not that oily so a big thumbs up.
Butter pulav was okaish.
But i must say the best thing you can try is their sundar ice creams.

Service persons are arrogant and doesn't know how to handle customers
Make illogical arguments about eating areas of icecream purchase they made us order extra to sit in the eating area
We request for more than 30 min. To allow to sit in eating area
Yet they were so arrogant
Havmor has been my personal favourite since my childhood....was never expecting this kinda experience from the same franchise.
