★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the first havmor icecream shop in Naranpura.service has been good and items fresh given .
Unfortunately over a last year more such shops have come up.For some reason the fresh stock quality has suffered.had two instances and so do not know whom to inform for corrective action.
Overall a nice joint for a quick bite.
Today was the first day of their price revision and New menu introduction.
Being a launch day we ordered a new item as Kutthu paratha as shown in menu and to our surprise it came without curd.
We asked them you serve chhole Puri,rice biryani and other photo items as in menu then why such descripency in this time. Told us order from above and you can complain on our website. Enquired but they didn't have a complaint or suggestions book at eatery.
Hope proper communication and training is given to staff so that customers get what rhey are eligible for.
Hope customer care listens and take corrective action as a lot has to be done at Naranpura centre as it has constantly detoriarated both in service,food quality and hygeine.
So enjoy at your own wish.
