★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. The video door phone we purchased from them never worked properly. Within 2 years we had to call them for service atleast 6 times. For each service we had to request multiple times. At last we have thrown hawk vision video door phone in dustbin and installed other company's product. Mr Ankit (owner) didn't response to any of our complaints. Waste of money and time.
