★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my order for delivery at 7pm due to heavy rains i was told that it will be late by an hour or two, i waited and called again and found out that they still haven’t sent anyone and not yet confirmed the order, patiently i did order again and was told the order will be sent and this was at 10 pm now but now when i call the phone is switched off. Great customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will find everything over here it's a boon for the entire area and people staying in the nearby area's.. its 24/7 open . From medicines to chocolate to skin care to hair care etc etc.. you name it and you get it. I will not call it a supermarket but it is not less then that...
They have total of 3 branches in a distance of less then 3 kilometers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The negative rating due to poor services.They don't deliver emergency medicine on time. After repeated requests and calls they still unable to deliver the medicine. Finally had to get medicine at Midnight from other Medical store.
Very unprofessional in services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would be negative rating would do have done that. They don't deliver emergency medicine on time. After repeated requests and calls they still send after two hours. Sometimes don't even send and we keep waiting. Staff is unprofessional and horrible.
Many better medicals available in Mazgoan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor in customer service. I'm a regular buyer from them, but on 2 occasions they've been rude and illogical! They are the only store who've asked me to leave my purse at the door on the floor and not carry it along while shopping. YES!! LEAVE A PURSE AT THE DOOR!!
The first time, I told them how silly it sounded, because purses contain valuables like money, credit cards, keys, mobile etc, and they tell me remove it and carry all valuables in my hand, but purse not allowed. The second time they repeat the same silly logic.
I asked them if they asked their male customers to
also leave their wallets at the door to which they had no answer. They tell me purses come in the way and cause items to fall off shelves????? Makes sense??
Since Hayat can't treat their customers with dignity and trust, i too don't trust them. Never again will I visit a Hayat Store again!!
