★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the middle of the night with an urgent need of a particular medicine but despite repeated requests was denied the delivery. The reason stated was that there are way too many orders to process this one. I don’t think a pharmacy with a day night license should act this unreasonably and deny an order to be sent on the same road

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24X7 AC pharmacy with most utilities.. quite a lot of general store and daily usage stuff available here as well. very nice shop and well maintained. has a very happy vibe..unlike most gloomy pharmacies. they also have a chips and ice cream section outside. v nice place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional behaviour of chemist attendants. Doesn't keep the customer posted. Promises but never delivers. Doesn't understand the urgency and need of patient even after being in the same area. Very pathetic and non reliable for home deliveries. Please don't risk your patients if they are serious with this 3rd class chemist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given order at 11:36pm and my order is arriving at 1:15am..i have called from the delivery boy number asking about why my order is so late the person or staff of medical is saying ( hume order zyada tah isliye late hgya agar apko chiye toh rakho warna wapis de do humare se chilakar baat maat karoo) these kind of service is given at hayat medical mahim..i request all do not ordered any medicine from hayat medical mahim at emergency time otherwise they will say (insaan margaya toh hum kya kare wapis de do meidicine)....the worst service and bad customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disgusting behaviour and dont have manners to talk with customer.Very pathetic and non reliable for home deliveries. Please don't buy any medicine or any product from this medical plus they say that they give home delivery but when we order something from this medical , they refuse to give or either they give delivery after 1 hour. if patient is in serious condition then he/ she will be in much more serious condition. first of all managent needs to change their staff or they need to change their behaviour and they dont have manners how to talk with customers and the management needs to change their cashier because whenever me or my friends buy any product from this medical , cashier some time gives more money or some time less money . he is physically in a medical but mentally somewhere else. please dont buy any product from this medical.

Quick service, excellent staff, all medicines available, plus it's a general store so you can get all types of food items, chocolates, health care, beauty care & baby care products, they have all brand ice creams, juices and much more tempting stuff at their general store so it's a must visit!!
