Khurchan is ok like rabri, nothing is special. I haven't found anything special in this. I found it very costly, only 2 pieces for Rs 60.

Amazing khurchan the beauty lies in the controlled sugar level ... If you stick around you get to see the making process which is such an amazing experience how much time it takes to a portion Be patience of the master chefs

Hazari Lal Jain Khurchanwale situated at Kinari Bazar - Chandni Chowk is a popular sweet shop established more than 80 years ago by the late Mr Hazari Lal Jain. The shop is small & can be easily overlooked in the busy streets of Kinari Bazar. As the name suggests the shop is popular among all for its delicious Khurchan.? Khurchan is prepared by boiling milk for around 1 to 1.5 hrs. While the milk is boiling, Khurchan Makers scrape off the layer of malai periodically from the surface of boiling milk. These scrapes are then layered with powdered sugar in a metal container. It's said that 3.5 litres of milk make 0.5 kg of khurchan.? Khurchan was of soft texture, melts in the mouth & delicious to taste. The shown quantity cost us 70 Rs. which is justified considering the efforts & time required to make khurchan. Overall, one of the most iconic & recommended place to visit in your Delhi street food tour.✌?

Very small shop located in Kinari Bazaar offer amazing sweets. Kurchan is their speciality, other good sweets are kalakand and rabri. Gulab jamun were average. No place to sit and area is very congested with narrow lane and crowd.

There is no point in expecting pure milk and milk products in Delhi/NCR. After reading reviews on blogs, I had high expectations from 'Khurchan'. Unlike the name Khurchan, it is similar to Kalakand. I also tried Gajar Paak which was also above average type.
