Alright, if you're going for HCL Bserv then, please keep this thing in your mind that HCL Bserv is totally different from HCL technology. Here you'll find lots of nice and genuine people like if you're going for Healthcare you'll see pure gems like Mr. Sunil Singh as your manager & Miss Sabeela Masroor as your trainer. Really supportive team members and nice working ambience but beware of some flatterers who can make big trouble for you. Avoid negativity if there's any, I can't say much about processes but overall it's average and few people are too less to be rated.

Well, my first office. Got first job of my life and was a part of pilot project. Learnt a lot from here. Started in a BPO and now I am into hard core technologies.

Hi guys , m ex- employee, ' i worked here almost 1 year , everything is good or u can say great , the colleagues are too supportive , but some of the internal policies and diplomacy u will never be satisfied , this is the only limitations i had faced with HR , TL , manager , n all the higher authorities , and too much work pressure over there , n most important thing they insist to do OT ( over time ) which is too irritable. No one can support u at these issues on the work floor n u have to bear this .rest of all is great , but there is no , nothing never ever entertainment u have to work all the 10 hrs of ur shift and one more thing that the company provide one hr break in 10 hrs shift , but if u dare to cross even extra 10 mins beyond 1 hr , they deduct some amount from ur salary , which is too funny n cheap . They just treat u like a kid , how much irritable yr . Once u enter the Hcl market obviously it is just like fish market , u thinks that u enter in a school bcz so many restrictions over there . I just fed up from these things so that's y i left it . Means aise aise TL ko hire krte h ye log Jo former employee the kbhi n agents beat them . Inki policies mere to smjh ayi nhi , so pliz i request uhh to join this company at ur own risk bcz there is no opportunity for career growth . Ek baaat or dhyaan ayi , abt appraisal , yha to limit hi cross ki hui h , i get 15 rupees appraisal for 1 year , i was shocked to see that means wt is this n how is this possible , even my colleagues also have the same appraisal , even Jo log kaafi tym se working h approx 3 to 4 years unko bhi same appraisal my frnd get 7 rupees appraisal n he is currently working here almost 4 years have to be completing now , Chlo maan liya performance acchi nhi hogi that's y but pure floor pr 400 persons me se only 4 or 5 candidates doing well in there performance or unka bhi jyada nhi only 150 rupees appraisal , u can say it ADBHUT ? . Bhai mere smjh me to nhi ayi ye company means agr explanation ho ra h or agr tum chup ho to aap tik skte ho vrna nhii , whosoever raised a voice against them they can fire him/her with so many elegations . Or agr tum TL ki demand Puri krte ho to tumhara 2 to 3 months me hi promotion sure h ? . On a serious note , if u r willing to work here then sirf khud se mtlb rkho that's all .

Disappointing! Recruitment takes months of waiting. Then upon the joining, the HR and HR managers do not agree upon the salary they promised you on selection, over the phone. Unprofessional and not serious at all when I pointed that out. Their work hours are also 10 in instead of the regular 9. But that comes later. If the recruitment process is so delayed, lame and casual, they lie and aren't serious about your salary, then what do you expect from the company as an employee? If you need an urgent job too, you'll only face months of wait for yet another "next round.".

HCL is a good company to start in tech. but BPO is not really good because of there polices. At small level they have 10hrs shift with salary deduction if not complete the hours. After 0.3 level it is really good with both sides cabs (Free for girls).

Please do not join this company. I have worked there for 2 years and I do not recommend. First of all this company has 9hrs login and on every Monday they force you to do overtime so 12hrs shift that means 11hrs login time. Company isn't employee centric. Some of the agents who were suffering from covid, the management still asked them to work. They have no shame whatsover. Also the salary is pathetic and doesn't meet market value. They deduct salary for nothing even if u work all days still u will see salary deduction. I regret joining HCL pearson process. I worked there as a agent supervisor but i was underpaid for the kind of work I used to do. Nothing is good about this company so please do not join.
