★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic Service I ever received from any bank, I sincerely advise no to take any personal loan from this bank. Absolutely no care for customer, actually there is no Zero Star rating else I would have rated that. I am asking for my loan account statement since last 1 year but bank officials are charging 500 Rs. for providing statement. Arrogant Staff, inadequate knowledge of executives will put you in major problem if you go for this Bank's personal loan. I never seen such a casual approach of any bank towards customer requests. I made biggest mistake of my life to take personal loan from this bank. Even the phone numbers given on the sites are not working properly. Please don't take any loan from this Bank.
