I am writing this review to just inform and warn each one of us normal people who make their ends meet by having personal loan.
My case is straight but it has sucked the life out of me.
PLEASE NOTE THE NAME - DEEPAK KUMAR ji. The guy who gave me personal loan. He is from HDB.
Now here is the case, when i was in need of a loan Deepak told me he can help. He told me the interest rate would be 14% reducing. I took the loan, my mistake. Now i have been paying this for past 2 years. The original interest was 21%.
Now this Deepak Kumar, again comes to me when i needed another loan. This time he asked me *MONEY, CASH FOR LOAN APPROVAL*, he asked me 30 thousand to pass loan.
I got a loan with his help again promised at 15% reducing. He cheated me by providing loan at 30% flat which i came to know about 2 months later from Fullerton.
Now, i may be dumb here.. But today when i gave him loan statement asking for justifications he told me*tumko jo karna hai karo* and handed his phone to his senior.
Again, his senior was rude and told me that it's my mistake. I asked him if you treat all of your customers like this. He said in an angry voice *abhi tak samajh nahi aya kya?! And told me to shut up. When i wanted to complain about the loan to senior, the senior executive told me and threatened me.
This is how bank officials ruin customers trust and harasses them..
I am WARNING each and every one of you. Please do not do business with these guys and especially Deepak Kumar ji.
His senior support him even after knowing that he did wrong.
I don't know how would i get over this.
Please do not do business with these guys.
If i can save even 1 person from the money eating ethics less professionals, i would be happy.
Now i am being threatened for standing up to my rights.
Note- Please be aware. DO NOT do business with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low proffessional peoples, false commitments done by the branch people, as advertised by HDB not a single word is matching, after 10 days also no RTGS FOR my loan was done by company in my account. I have an medical emergency then also they dont care about any one.
I have worst of worst experience with HDB.?
