Before opening the account, they said that in 3 to 7 days you will get the POS, you will not even need to come to the bank,
After Visiting the branch, no response was found.

Can you help me with this.. what i need to do now..can you reprocess my request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still have a good opinion of HDFC bank as a whole, but the Rathyatra Crossing branch in Varanasi is very inefficient and pathetic in handling Customers and specially its not a branch for senior citizens. Managers, Relationship managers and staff will talk very politely but at the end of the day, work done and output is zero. Multiple followups and running to branch personally is not what is expected now a days when an efficient branch utilise the digital technologies and minimise unnecessary Customer interaction.
Overall i would like to avoid personal interaction with the staff members of this branch given the recent experience which i had.
