β β β β β No very responsive, the experience feels like that of any government bank where no body gives a thought to customer service. If at all you get hold of a "Banker" sitting in one of their desks, you will have the privilege of talking to a not so helpful, tired and seemingly unhappy face.

β β β β β The most arrogant and rude private bank award goes to HDFC BANK.
This HDFC BANK branch is no different.Their main motive is to earn money by forcing customers to invest and invest.If the customer agrees to their proposal , they will be the sweetest guys on earth but if somehow the customer rejects or denies to invest those sweetest guys will become the most rude ones and the real face of HDFC comes to light. Specifically I would mention Jayati Kundu ,she must learn to respect people and value other's time rather than wasting people's time.
