★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I was open the demat account with this branch. This branch staff is very careless specifically demat and treading account section. They were doing the wrong commitment and doesn't explain real information about account opening. They also misguide the customer like me. After account opening no any person supporting you in fact whole hdfc stand against you.
My humble request to new customers that plz do not open atleast demat account with Hdfc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have reached these bank employees 3 months ago for closing my HDFC A/C. At first, they were not closing my A/c saying that i had active Credit Card (in reality i never issued for any Credit Card). Then once they understood i don't have a credit card, they told to come next day as the concerned person had already left for the day (i literally wasted my whole day in this chase of rats and cats). The following day i met the concerned person and he told me to fill a form for account closing. I filled the same and before submitting i was taking the picture for future reference when a bank employee told me that, " i was not allowed to take the picture of the form. " A moth passed by and i still didn't get any account confirmation by HDFC. Hence, i again visited this useless branch. And i am doing the same since last 3 months. They're not sharing any information on my account closure. The worst bank with utmost the worst employees. Do not open a bank A/c in this bank.
