★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bank ever poor service its been almost more than 2months i have opened my account none of the services working neither net bank nor debit card even after providing all the necessary document..the concern person name Brahamdeo Tiwari doesn't receives the call and when contacted in the branch the lady denied to transfer the call to the concern person and to the branch manager..i have two more acnts in SVC bank and City bank never went through such a bad behavior from the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to this address based on the advice of Vikhroli West branch for getting some car loan related issue resolved. To my surprise, even Google Map could find this place. I wasted my half a day without getting the issue resolved. Better you change the address or update it on Google Maps.

Staff is very casual approach
Also Security person not to spoke properly with the customer.

This was the Worst Experience ever, i will never suggest this branch to anyone, instead i have changed my own branch today itself.
Important Message :- Miss Sharma on the cash counter thinks that she owns the customer, she doesn't have manners how to speak with the customers. She is there to help us not to shout on everyone, Because of her behaviour i have changed my branch to other.
I will never visit this branch again. i know this will not effect anything but still i had to write this. And please who ever receives this message kindly show this to her, she needs to know how she is working.
Just a friendly advice, try to make your staff friendly and helpful, not to underestimate anyone.
