★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst service, while issuing credit card they used to call number of times. but when it comes to our end, they dont even response. The concerned employees of the HDFC bank are very irresponsible to do their duties. They don't care to solve the issues from thier end, if there is any benefit to the bank. Worst experience, dont't opt to choose any credit cards from this bank. Without activating the credit card issued by the HDFC bank, they are charging annual fee and for some other services which comes to Rs.590/-. For an ordinary man that is too much. Really Shameful for their tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bank in service to their customers. Deposits hardly take about 15 minutes maximum. Great thing is that when you deposit cash they take feedback and follow up accordingly if it's low. Great in this aspect as many banks won't hardly work with politeness like this one.
