Deposited a cheque on 25th Feb 2020 still no response, today is 29th. Deposited similar cheque at Thane station branch on 14th amount was credited on 16th. There is really something wrong with this branch. It is not on map correctly same as it’s service.

Branch is good but staff is not responsive…we are staying in que from long time and there is no one entertained us… when i am shouted then a lady trupti come in cash counter but before that she was talking with Collegues …one of bad experience first time…

I had visited the brach around 1.30 and the gold loan department executive he spoke to me and said madam ramya kumar is attending another customer once she is done I will call you but he kept me waiting for more than 1.30 half hour after than he invited another customer who came after me Such a pathetic behaviour atsleast their is a simple rule of first come first serve basis even branch manager came and asked to that person what is the reason for ur long wait That guy was sitting next to me she didn't even had the curtosy to ask what r u wait6 for Please don't reply with the fake justification we are sorry to hear that please work on improving customer service Point to be noted their were hardlyone or two customers in this past 1.30 hr

Waited more than required for an Aadhar update. Branch manager not sure if system problem or software issue. My phone lost charge waiting for card. Branch manager gave me her cable. Took it away when I threatened to complain.

The current acting Branch Manager (Mrs Pooja Mehta) should get some training to value customer personal visit for service request for getting the locker facility but left unattended by her own self despite being a existing and long time customer waiting for long time outside her cabin and was much evident of her not caring attitude towards customer service. The HDFC Bank name may be at risk loosing its reputation having such staff of having no customer value while my personal visit to the bank during the working hours today, I was told by Mrs. Pooja Mehta to wait out side her cabin while she was not busy too.

As of now staff helped me in transferring accounts-form filling-withdrawls-etc-kindly keep it up-i said staff helped me &what you r writing read carefully-staff helped me

Their staff is very egoistic and careless. Specially Mr.Ravindra Mishra he does not value customer and also lies frequently. Very bad experience

Very very slow, branch manager Ms Pooja Mehta too does not know what is promised when account opening formalities were initiated, just empty promises by her and long wait. Pathetic services. Kindly avoid.
