★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the banking facilities available here like cash deposit, withdraw, loan, credit debit cards, insurance, mutual fund etc.
ATM also with this branch.
Staff service just their target oriented not customer friendly. Core banking knowledge also very less to staff only insisting financial products to buy.
Not much interested to attend customer problems.
But all the basic banking you can fulfill here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their banking and Aadhar seva kendra both are extremely bad in service. The staff doesn't understand any of the customer's requirements and just makes them go round & round for documents.
ICICI for banking and Kotak Mahindra for Aadhar Seva Kendra is recommended in Gandhinagar sector-16.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each staff R Well mannered & supportive too. Once , I was buying my bike & suddenly after some time account was hold for money withdrawal. I just asked one of their staffs & soon they were into rescue. I had not to write application, as was incase of SBI Bank. Finally, my account was released & I was able to pay full amount via cash to dealer. Loads of thanks to their team's commitment, else if I would have to wait for another day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month ago i went to open a current account in HDFC bank, A Month Ago i submitted all the documents for the current account to Sanjaybhai but even after 1 month the current account has not been opened yet. they even not take a single follow up in 1 month, even sanjaybhai didnt respond to WATS app message also. After 1 month when i took the follow up with sanjaybhai for account, he told me that if you talk after 1 month Sanjaybhai tells me that its customers problem that you cant come and open current account. so i think after seeing all this , its seems that the HDFC bank sector 16 branch has no customer values for the current account in HDFC bank, so now my current account will be opened in another bank account.
