★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong location. But, we have only 1 hdfc bank in TPG at this time. They made me run around for 3 times just to process the phone number change request and said I will be seeking the new number on my account soon. But, finally they didn’t do it and phone number didn’t change. I visited another branch in Hyderabad and they have done it in just one visit.
I have also requested home loan at TPG branch and they gave me a hdfc agent phone number and the agent is pathetic and won’t answer calls properly and provide information needed.
“Totally waste of time” working with this branch. Some high level manager should visit this branch and see what’s going on here.
