β β β β β Worst service ever u will receive if u visit thr or u make any loan or any account ..the staffs are really irresponsible even they don't know how to talk with customers .. even Shahid nagar branch have no customer call number still of u try to call any of thr emplyoee regarding anything they will keep u wait n ignore your call ... Never ever visit or make any account thr such time waste and helpless place

β β β β β I opened account in Jaydev Vihar Branch,Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I installed EDC Machine. I used machine for 1.5 years and it was being good. Unfortunately, my EDC machine broke down. I did complained the technician came and i asked to replace the machine as it was not working( no signal issue). But he didn't came that day and i called him he had told me that he would come after seven days. But again he didn't. I waited for months and months but nobody came.I came to the branch and they helped me out to surrender the machine because i made up to surrender. But the issue is that without being used of service of EDC machine, i was charged for the rental for 6 months. I think this is very very irresponsible matter that the staff doesn't conduct duty well. Because of that particular staff i was just paying rental and i couldn't use my EDC machine even i was paying rental. So, I dropped the application in the branch but there was no any response i again spend 1 and half month for my reversal application. Now, I think the service of HDFC bank is very very poor. There is no any resolution for my issues. So, Friends never ever go for HDFC Bank for banking solution. They are very very irresponsible.

β β β β β Honorable Sir Bhubaneswar Shaheed Nagar hdfc Bank branch does not have a passbook updated machine. Customers are having a lot of trouble, so please get this passbook machine up and running as soon as possible. Jay sree Ram ???οΈ

β β β β β If there is an option of giving zero star , you all deserve that. worst bank service ever experienced.
even after maintaining minimum balance , you people deducted Rs 800. Then i received a message which explains non maintenance charge is 600.then where is my other 200 rupees gone ? and even after all this nonsense ,they are not receiving the call. now i realised SBI is better than you . wish i haven't opened an account in your bank. This is only for saheed nagar branch ,BBSR. and to all the staff , please do your work like literate people.

β β β β β I have submitted all documents to change my credit card address and these care less people wont send my document to concerned department . when i went bank multiple times and the agent wil not available and say come after some time. worst service by hdfc bhubaneswar saheednagar branch.
The email id given by the executive is wrong because the ema is not delivered, again this hdfcbank is totaly worst not even eligibille for 1 rating
