★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is non-cooperative, two people says two different processes for the same problem.They have installed faulty ATM machine where card gets stuck.
My card got stuck in the ATM machine which falls under this branch, the card belongs to the different bank. The relationship managers says that apply for the new card as the company responsible for filling the ATM destroy the card , while the other employee said to contact the main branch. I was not expecting such unprofessional behaviour from this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from the hdfc bank visited the branch for kyc updation and they said it will be done with in a week but it's been 3 weeks they have not updated the kyc and when try to call to the branch nobody is responding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have a good experience. Bank reps don't handle Customer request well. Interest rates are too low. They are only interested in investment. I fail to get my email updated even after 3 months. Account opened in 2 months with 100s of follow ups. They certainly don't want to compete with market. I am moving to other banks. Even SBi is better these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch ever. ? They don't care about the customers. Infact someone please tell them why they are sitting there and what's their job/responsibilities. I have visited this branch to open PPF account 3 weeks back,still I don't know what is the status of my PPF account and how long it will take whereas it is just a matter of 2-4 days. Because of these careless people I am unable to submit PPF proofs and it might causes some financial loss as well. I will urge HDFC owner to please look into such matters otherwise we can't move further with this bank even if we wanted to .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One start is very high to this branch and employee because I am unable to give minus start.
Employees are poor in Professionalism. Very poor about banking knowledge. They don't know their bank policies.
Even they don't bank policies but they are lying to customer about bank policies.
Third class service. Don't go for hdfc or don't go for this branch at least.
About my experience - i want to open zero balance account ao one hdfc employee suggested me to open gold premium account. And for it either maintain 1 lac balance or 2 lac FD.
I opened FD but then also amount deducted because of less balance. I visited branch and then came to know that need to open 4lac FD and first information is wrong.
And height was when I want to degrade account then first they told we can do any day if I requested for degrade from gold to max then they replied like not possible.
