★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The welcome desk service offered by Mrs. Supriya in hdfc dhayri branch is pathetic. She cheated me by login in my netbanking by saying that she will apply for my debit card. I didnot get the debit card but instead she cheated me by misusing by netbanking credentials. Mrs. Supriya made 2 RDs of 1000 rs each without informing me. Later, I understood that since the first RD was created on my home branch in mumbai, this girl made one more RD in her own dhayri branch without my notice. I was informed by my RM from mumbai branch that there are 2 RDs created in my account. Such fraudsters like mrs. Supriya should be punished and strict action to be taken against her asap. Further, I want the hdfc bank to close both my RDs asap as I dont have any intention to open RDs or any other deposits. I donot want any charges for closing the RD to be deducted from my account on account of the fraud done by bank employee. The charges can be deducted from the salary of the bank staff involved,i.e. mrs.supriya. I would like to inform you that this girl mrs. Supriya is full of attitude and thinks that she is doing a favor on the customers and the bank by sitting at the welcome desk. She is not at her desk or even when she is on her desk, she is on her mobile phone. I would request hdfc bank to give me full refund of my amount deducted for the RD at earliest. I would be happy if I get a feedback of the action taken against the staff involved. This would keep the name and identity of the bank in good books and also set an example for the other foolish employees who come to the bank for killing thier time.
