★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services... We went to close our Gold Loan they took more then 2 hours to close it... and the person who was supposed to take out the gold from locker was working on cash counter... Name Vikas Kumar.... Really disappointed with the services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if customers feedback really matters to you guys but still I wanna give, today I intracted with one of your employee, I don't wanna go in detail but she was rude, unprofessional and want was not helpful at all. When I told him that I will give negetive feedback and she didn't care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a letter from bank. I mailed, customer service responded well and one day I got a short missed call I called back no one responded. Number was active on whatsapp so I texted and got reply that his name is SUMIT and belongs to HDFC meeera bagh branch and was calling regarding letter I asked... which is not possible without my physical presence. I called More than 30 times in 3 days and send 20-30 text informing that I’m out of country and needed letter urgently. Neither call was attended nor replied on what’sapp.
Than I came to know short missed call was for KHANAPOORTI and one reply on whatsapp was as a proof he talked To customer. Than a saw reviews on the branch 1.8 which they deserve and I know they don’t have any shame.
