β β β β β The people are not at all helpful. They hardly look at your face and have a bad attitude.
And everything is Hindified here. My mother doesn't know Hindi or English and people here don't know Kannada. Their job is to help people, they should learn the local language to help such people. Otherwise they're of hardly any use.
They have come to this city to earn their livelihood. That is that the least they can do.

β β β β β Worst experience I've ever had in a bank. Instead of supporting customers, they tell us to go back at the doorstep itself. Even after many negative reviews I don't know what the management is doing. Take action guys instead of giving apology comments.

β β β β β Worst I have ever encountered. Most of them were into their phones. People were not at all interested in even listening to my query and shunned me away by saying we don't have infra to do change mailing address. I mean, if you can't help somebody change small thing like mailing address then shut your branch down.

β β β β β Arrogant and non helpful staff. Most of the staff only Hindi or English . Being in Karnataka, the minimum they can do is learn Kannada and those few people who know Kannada are very arrogant and don't even bother to listen to what the problem is let alone helping in that matter. They themselves don't know proper information about things and misguide the customers. And no Covid protocols are being followed here.

β β β β β Firstly I saw the review of this branch before going, but itβs my fault despite of the review i went. Not just the staff but the branch manager as well is rude. For what are you showing this attitude?? I have also file a consumer case. They need people training. They donβt know how to talk to their customers. They also need training on manners.
Do not go to this branch. Itβs waste of your time. They will not help you. Please choose any other branch. Even if itβs a mile extra, trust me itβs worth it than going to this branch. Trying to find a way to let HDFC bank folks know how illiterate this branchβs officials are

β β β β β Why is HDFC Bank being so reputed still have this branch open despite of so many complaints from so many customers.
The guy Govind and other staff members do need a training in manners and how to speak to people. even my pet responds better when asked something.
This branch is useless, they don't help at all. what help you go to this branch for all they say is its not possible and then waste your time. I went to another branch and my work was done in 2mins.
For what does this branch have so much attitude? utterly disappointed. These people are not humans as well because they trouble their customers so much for a simple issue like updating a passbook. hdfc bank, if you have read this review don't tell me you are sad to hear this. fix those people in this branch else people will start loosing trust from this bank itself
