★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever!! It took them 15 days just to open a simple Savings Account. And it's almost 2 months, I am still struggling to link my Aadhar with the account. Incompetent staff, poor communication and follow-up with customers. If you are thinking of taking their services, get ready for the nightmare to follow. I wish I could rate them in negative!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have given them 0 star. The worst bank I have ever been. We went there for opening saving account. We submitted the application the bank executive told it will take one week to open the account. 2 week there is no update we went there again asked the update the executive told the guy who is supposed to open the account is on leave will be back in 2 days we again waited for a week and we went there again we have been told that the guy is not back yet. It will take another week. Seriously does it take that long to open the savings account. The worst staff I have ever seen. We ended up opening the account in ICICI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been very uncooperative during the pre and post lockdown phases
The security guard doesn’t allow you to enter the building, stopped on ground floor, the bank is on 2 nd floor
I was told the lock down will begin tomorrow hence we don’t accept the prepayment cheque. I went back to the bank after lockdown after 10 days , the same system the guard asked me to submit the cheque and form to him with no receipt, I am told will receive mail by afternoon same day.
I haven’t received any mail, it’s been 2 days now ,the bank personnel doesn’t respond to calls, all branches bank numbers on google are same and when you dial the number it says it is invalid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont open a bank account here. They will fool you. I visited this bank and the people inside were shouting and complaining and bank employees were saying we cannot do anything about this. And their head office will not even listen to your complain they will ask you to go to branch. They dont have proper helpline system. All their helpline numbers are system automated no problem will ever be resolved. People have no place to complain so they are writing on google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a month since the documents for opening of a NRI savings account were submitted personally. Nothing has happened so far. After having sent multiple messages to the Banker Mr. Anoj Gaddime, seems like things have fallen on deaf years.
Very annoying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Correct rating has been given by everyone because the service of the branch is worst and to open an account it took more than 25 days. If the person goes into leave then it would be worst because no one takes much responsibility and you have to take follow up every day. Other smaller banks are much good I think as they provide service at door steps but they don't care even you go to Bank.
