★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother is a Senior Citizen customer of this Branch of Mirzapur, the employees and Agents of HDFC life insurance Ms Rachna and Mr. Prabhat has a nexus when they see the account holder has money into account Mr. Prabhat as an employee refer the person to Ms. Rachna( agent) for selling HDFC life policy, then Ms. Rachna gives a incorrect and misleading information for life insurance, also they sold the Jeevan Sanchay policy having policy no. 24219658, to my mother by giving incorrect and false information, showing her false benefits and misguiding policy terms. Also on verification call my mother has clearly mentioned that she has not been informed about policy terms and conditions clearly.
Urging the Regional Office, customer care and Branch Manager to take necessary action but nothing happened so far.
Please do not reach this bank for account opening and do not fall in trap of these people.
