★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here in Right corner department from entry point of view, Mr. Amit & Team who has either not willing to work nor support for the customers. He asked me to submit DD amount for loan closure within 2 o clock. I submit the same 27-12-19, 12:15 PM.The girl who works under his team given a stamp in receipt of me shows"too late for todays clearance" I have asked her and mr. amit who now after taking all details now told some useless things , what he assured gone in air, and makes me foolisher. While asked about my ecs deduction on 4th every month, the girl told me, if deduct from your account again come and made complaint here.i was shocked.Same happened on 4th, now i got irritated. Keep rocks HDFC!!! Dont go and waste your time in this particular Dept, due to its a waste of your time and none will support you!!! I cannot give asingle star bcoz no option here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen a bad bank like HDFC in my life.I have gone many times for KYC of my savings account ,but bank workers never do their work properly.I've never seen such a bad employs like this...I'm thinking of closing my account..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to say anything regarding the staff but mine experience with this bank is worst. No respect is there for customers and they are not updated. For a single thing in a day all the staffs starts calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff, I have to visit for change email from my credit account. And submit a form by a executive but still my email address didn't changed yet.
Even most incredible thing, they reply with fake email id. If I can share any image then I attached a screenshot of email address (email not found).
