★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever....i went to update my adhar card because i was unable to take appointment..i wanted a solution for appointment error....the lady sitting there was continuously saying. appointment lena padega in her creepy voice....i said its showing error i need a solution for that...she said 3 times "appointment lena pdega" ...i dont know why these illiterate people are placed here...cheapest ever experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am coming to branch for my aadhar update but branch every time make excuses that website is down, link is down and security guard says lady is not present in branch.. even with appointment my aadhar details not updated yet.. Such a poor service for aadhar update...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My adhar update appointment was 29-7-2021 when I was gone in hdfc bank staff lady said me server is down when open then I will call you but no reply and please tell me what is hdfc bank customer care number to customer to bank side men conversation number?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to update my Aadhar Card details (with an appropriate online appointment), and when I asked they said the lady is not present who does that work of updating Aadhar, seriously!!? I drove 20km to go there and they're indirectly saying, sorry we're not available for that kind of stuff, that's extremely unpleasant experience...
If you want any work related Aadhar Card, my opinion is don't waste your time going there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever for Aadhar update
They make process but it reject. And they ask for amount every time.
This means if your process get fails for five time then you have to pay 5 time whatever they ask.
And sometimes they ask 100 rs and sometimes 50 rs.
And the attitude of that lady was very bad.
HDFC Bank should take steps because this type of service is not acceptable.
My adhar process run for 6 months and still is was not completed.
Worst service and worst staff.
