Whenever respond always said, we had put your case in Mumbai head office, we are waiting for their reply.
How does a mail reply takes 4 month?
worst customer service. For them customer problems are not at all priority.
Passing our case from one person to other, and no one seems helpful.
How can i private sector bank behave like this, as customer satisfaction is upmost nowdays.
I would give them 0/10.
Pathetic service.
Short of words for the harassment we are facing because of these people.
