★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and inexperienced staff executive.....@Branch manager Please what is happening in your branch...I have a very bad experience with one of the staff members Mr.Sandeep (Property loan department)..he is very fake and irrespobnsible person in rohtak branch ...he dont have the time to take phone call and always try to make fool....Please take strick action against this type of employees..as they are destroying the image of HDFC bank...Please share your complaint no and mail id...I want to lodge a written complain against him with all details...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the female employees on first desk of your branch is having bad communication skill...which gives a bad impression to your bank branch...people come to your branch by thinking that private bank hai you will treat them well but this type of harshness to customers while they come to open account with large amount is really Condemnable...work upon this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I have very good experience, passbook was need to be stamped on photo as passbook was provided without photo. I reached at branch after time off at 4PM, although it was closing but still they supported after request and stamped the same immediately. 5 star ? Thanks To whole branch
