β β β β β Long waiting time. There were two tellers. I asked another one who did not have any customers waiting if the counter is open and she says NO. When my turn came at the first one she tells me for Dd I need to go to the second one. Sheer reluctance to work.

β β β β β WORST BANK EVER. They are thieves, who looted my Rs.14000 at the time of pandemic. I am gonna close my account and tell my friends family account and anyone I know who has have an account in this bank to close. Never gonna recommend to anyone. If I found anyone who has having account in this bank, I will tell them to close.

β β β β β I wish I can give 0 or negative. Pathetic is an understatement. Being an NRI customer I feel I have made the worst decision of banking with HDFC. They don't know what they are doing. Asked for letter to complete a task and person handling the issue went for a holiday and response came after few days that the task was not completed. Asked for the letter again this time another reason but the task never got done.
I have emailed you guys. Let's see how pathetic it can become.
