Sahi ni dala or dusra guide b dng se ni kte ..jo log private sectr mai job krte hai unka shedule bhut hectic rehta but value nhi hai kisi ke time ..ek debit card reissuance ke liye mere do chakkr lg gye ..disappointed by this and plz update your original cotact no. Taki persn pehle h puch le uska kaam hoga ki nhi us hisab se vo chhuti lega ya legi ...n plz guide tge custmer properly which will help to save custmr tym as well as yours...thnx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very u professional, front desk girl leave office on 11am and came back 3:40pm from lunch break (went outside in frount of me and lots of customers in line) they ask u for fresh print of ur aadharcard even if u have original one along with you, only a guy name Jasbir was helping out peoples (as per my many visits Experience)worst frount desk and other support service, I was told them for visa card but they issued me other one. It seems they were stucked in 2001.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Its been 4 months opening for my CC account till date I haven't received ATM. Unable to process neft/rtgs.However I visited the branch 4-5 times till date for same but still null response. VERY DISAPPOINTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC bank is the worst bank with a very bad staff members as they do not have a way and respect to talk to a woman. I paid as a full and final payment of my two wheeler loan on 24 december,2020 and still they are disturbing me. HDFC bank is not even giving me NOC and not properly responding either as they say DO WHATEVER U WANT TO DO... THEY WILL NOT COOPERATE..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writting this review to share the incident where I went to withdraw money at Vardhman ATM Machine Baddi. Security guard at the ATM even after knowing did not informed that their is problem with the machine did not inform us and when we try to withdraw the money my ATM card got stuck in the machine and even the money got debited to axis Bank account.
Now Mr security is telling it happens very regularly and he connected us to some sardarji Who is cash loading engineer. I would comment he was quite helping in nature but it seems he is accompanied by some people while I was speaking to sardarji he took the phone and waas rash and aggrasive in nature as it seems he is found favour on me.
Due to some work I had left the ATM and kept our security card at the ATM untill they come to collect the card. But it was not given to him could be a bank policy but when I spoke to the representative he was so aggrasive shows the bank image. Definitely it's not my favourite bank. I could another 3 cards which were stucked in machine.i hope that the ATM has Cameras and this could be checked and verified.
As told to me that within 24 hours I will get my money in bank account and now I have to go to bank also tomorrow to collect the same. Spoilt entire my day.
I would again highlight the guy who spoke to me in hope was nothing less than a ......... Please do banking and don't scare people. Whatever services we take nothing is free and we are paying for it. So please don't realise us whether we are rich or poor
