★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my debit card on 31 march and blocked the card on the same day and after talking to the customer care got the information that i can reissue a debit card by visiting the near by branch. Based on the information got from customer care, today i went to bhadrak bypass branch to reissue a new debit card for my account and one employee came to the door as security did not allow me to enter inside the bank and told me that i have to reissue the card through online and i came back without resolving my issue.
Again i talked with customer care and they said me the same thing to visit the nearest branch and meet the branch manager directly.
I am really not understanding how to get debit card. :(
