I have payed 63000 in my credit card but now they are saying that you have to pay your hdfc credit card payment to kotak Mahindra bank . And they are also not refunding my money. Very bad service. I have mailed Aditya Puri(CEO) of hdfc also but their is no response from him. Hdfc is the worst bank .

I am sharing an incredible journey at HDFC Bank.Two years ago,I became the customer at HDFC Bank and I was facing a lot of issues in opening of bank account.I must say that Varun Sir is very co-operative and descent employee and he really helped me a lot.He is way too amazing employee of HDFC Bank.I must refer to be a part of HDFC Bank.

Poor customer service. Non cooperative staff. I went to report about misuse /suspicious transactions and request for CDF form as guided by their customers care helpline. Despite the fact that neither card is stolen or lost, they wanted me to lodge an FIR which was contrary to what I was told. I once again rechecked on their helpline and was informed that FIR is not mandatory. They were quite reluctant to share the card holder dispute form

Wrost staff, poor customer service I ever had by any bank, they took my 1.5 hrs to help me on my problem actually if I say they used to wait me unnecessary with no reason and at the end they told me sorry we can't provide you resolution at this time. I was surprised by their behavior because it was not looking like hdfc bank staff. Poor services and will never recommend this specific branch to anyone.

I can see majority of the reviews are extremely negative. The day will arrive when HDFC Bank will go down the drain. I have seen their worst customer service. It's only in rarest of cases that customers visit the bank physically these days, but they are taken for granted. They are disrespected and made to stand in queue for a long time unnecessarily. They can improve their customer service but willingness and commitment is lacking on their part. Guys expose them on Twitter and Facebook

POOR services. unhelpful staff. Not wearing Mask even Branch manager also not worn mask and not asking other staff to do the same. Branch manager and other staffs are really working here as a govt. bank. Zero customer service in this branch. Please HDFC seniors look for this branch and try to improve. Yesterday only i have visited and had poor experience.

Very bad behavior. Impolite, unprofessional and indecent behavior done by the staff. I was giving a suggestion about their website to which he got rude, denied abruptly and raised this tone. He didn't tell me his name on the call and rudely said that come to branch if you want to complain about me. Also, he said that he won't repeat things where the things were not clear on net banking. Such a customer unfriendly behavior. I even asked for his senior's or branch heads number to which he didn't reply. Such a bad experience. Other banks are very good to deal with but this branch of HDFC is extremely dissatisfying.

Mr. Nisar Hussain Dar, Sr. Manager in Credit card department is very polite and helpful. He guided and helped me in closing the credit card account. He is very helpful and a man of his words. I really appreciate his effort.
