★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC staff are incompetent and uncooperative.
Almost 18 day ago I have submitted my documents to open a Demat account. However after visited almost 5 times, I couldnt able to get it.
Moreover when I try to connect their executive name Muskan many times to know the reason of delay for account opening. Resulted zero.
They didn't have follow up of mail, phone and SLA to resolve the issue.
Totally unprofessional branch.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst staff I have ever seen in my life. Bank Staff is very unprofessional and Unethical in Behaviour. HDFC Bank you should think before hiring a staff specially for new branches as these guys( Bank Staff of HDFC VVIP) will surely bring down your Reputation in the Market. Also request everyone not to visit this branch coz its a total waste of time as the bank staff will not assist you at all instead they will give you lame excuses to get rid of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service!, Staff need to be trained thoroughly. My credit card delivered to the branch but staff id denying the delivery. I showed HDFC bank SMS and Bluedart delivery status but staff told me they don't have my credit card.
