I'm struggling to open a corporate account with them, submitted all my documents, visited the branch 2 times in past 10 days, every time they say someone will be there at my home for verification process in next two or three days but it's now more than 10 days.
Worst service ever, I would suggest everyone, open your account somewhere else but not at this branch.

They could not open my saving max account
First they said we need cancel cheque from the hdfc account holder. I did that same but i when i went for the second time they came up with new drama, they want all money in cheque form..
Now how am i suppose to give you a cheque when i already dont have an account

submitted the online application, no response for 3 working days then went to the branch and submitted all the documents and another 5 days and guess what the account is still not opened.
should have opted for Post office or any other govt banks. Cant do the basic things timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank as ever not fast service their employees are mostly misbehave with customers not giving them solution..most of all their services are very slow looked like other govt banks.i fill up form in branch for updating my contact no.and email I'd buy after 4 days their is no solution. I am mailing them my problem but no one answering and the customer care no is also dead.calling again and again but call disconnected after 2 IVR commands.
