The branch manager Richa is absolutely non-challant to customer's concerns.
There has been a query or an approval for simply delivering a card at her branch since 1 month and she has not approved it at all.

I had submitted all documents for address change request almost 2 months back and now they rejected the application for some random reason.I did not get any call and no one visited my house as well as my wife always stays at home then how can be this rejected. I have been with HDFC for more than 12 Yrs now and never had such worst experience till today in any branch. I hope I should not have visited your office in first place. They simply waste your time by keep you waiting for no reason. Worst experience.
