★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad branch..customer service people talks very rudely. Very shocking to see such a pathetic service from renowned bank. I had to open a bank account on priority. So I request them but the representative didn't provide any timeline and on asking, received a very rude response as if they don't care at all. On asking details about the services which you usually do before landing your money, he was extremely rude, reluctant and irritated to provide the details. I even gave my number for house visit to open a new bank account, but didn't receive any response afterwards. Happy that I have not landed my money here and will never going to do it. Had such a bad experience.
I immediately went to other bank in the same area and to my surprise, they welcomed me, explained and provided all the required details very happily. I found them extremely professional and trained compared to the representative in above branch. They also made the house visit and processed the bank account on same day as per my request.
