★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter wanted to open a NRE/NRO account, we walked in and spoke with a bank official who was more interested in her personal calls and chitchatting with other bank official than helping us. She was extremely reluctant to open a new account. We had all the documents required to open an account but she just did not seem interested in opening an account. She said that they did not have a relationship manager at this branch. Still cannot understand why would they let someone walk away when everything is available. Maybe they have too many clients and do not need any new business. SAD place!
