★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of HDFC bank is conveniently located on first floor in Hazra Road near Ballygunge Phari in South Kolkata. The bank staff are very careless and non - cooperative. They have got relationship managers to help customers in their banking needs. There is also an ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Manager is very very very rude. God knows how he became the manager of the branch. He don’t deserve to be the manager who don’t know how to manage there account holder.
I have a car loan from Hdfc ballygung branch. Due to recent outbreak my car has stop running and the income is zero. I called him to check if they have any plan to support there existing account holders, he straight always told me that “ MUJHE NAHI PATA, branch ko call karo” in such a rude note.
If he continues to behave like this than many account holder will start leaving Ballygung branch which I’m going to do.
