★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for the negative rating...google must enable it...as the experience in tha branch was pathetic...they can give you the loan...but if you go there for some assistance they will ask you to visit another branch....pathic loan services....will recommend to everyone not to take any loan or services from HDFC bank.

I am your satisfied customer since 10 years. I have a small concern regarding loan that if any company is not listed in corporation then is there any alternative for approval the loan?
My loan is not approve just becouse company was not listed. Kindly give an alternative solution for my issue how can people apply for loan if company is not list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience i am having with this bank service. My CC is not getting delivered to me even after sever follow ups and complaints. My credit card is going to my secondary addredss and same issue have escalted multiple time but no solution provided. The HDFC executive is doing nothing except baseless talking and these people made me ro reach this level. I dont know where my Credit Card is and with whom it is. These people are not taking any action on it except giving excuses. If this is the reward of being an old customer then i would not recommend hdfc to anyone else in future. Zero in not on the rating list else i would have given the 0 in rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the manager but, there is one girl who sits at customer service desk on left side. She doesn't deserve to sit there. She doesn't behave properly with customers.. nor does she try to understand their problems. She is arrogant and always agitated. Avoid this branch if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant contact with noida sector bank due to some problem.i dont now what is problem and i purchase a shaurya life insurance policy and agent collect money from Mswipe machine but after 2 and 3 hr later i decide to cancel policy and go back to agent and tell him that i decide to cancel then they says i cant refund you money write now . They said that we send to money after one money Why????
And the process the policy and i found a application number so i call the Customer care and called it but they couldn't refund me. They said that money is stucked . But i want my money please immediately. Please contact me for more information but i want my money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per RBI guideline if third party cheque bounce, beneficiary should receive cheque with memo within 7 days. In my case it has been almost 25 days despite follow-up. Simple excuse bank gives that registered address is not searchable - this more pathetic... hence we cannot send it to you at your address... after 25 days....
