I interacted with one of the staff at SAPNA SANGEETA BRANCH HDFC Indore
Staff name: MISS GAYAYTRI
wirst customer service anyone could provide
She kept on dodging my calls and ignoring my concern
Never gave me an update
Plus did a fraud while issuing my debit card at HDFC
WOULD NEVER PREFER HDFC because of the staff and pathetic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, being an imperial account customer I am supposed to get a free locker but this branch forcing to buy a policy from them; otherwise will not give locker. They keep forcing you to buy ULIP and when taking two 500rs bundle for marriage use, I found one missing note in both the bundles. Such a corrupted branch or may be the bank itself.
Very Disappointed, going to move my cash soon
