★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I provided a transfer cheque to the lady sitting on front desk at 11 am ( hdfc bank to hdfc bank ).....she told it will be cleared in an hour or two but still the cheque has not been cleared.....Very irresponsible.

The mail they have sent me for grievance redressal is also not working... What has happened to you guys? I remember 5 years ago when I opened my account with HDFC Kolkata. Their service was top of the class. But unfortunately that image has been ruined by HDFC Sagunamore.

I observed them misbehaving with senior citizen customers. So called branch manager misbehaved with my 65 year old mother. PLEASE FIRE THIS guy
