β β β β β This is a worst bank now. It is like a government bank employers are too arrogant. All the time they are only interested in investment of mutual fund from you. I donβt understand why the people on top are not bothered .

β β β β β This is the worst bank ever encountered in all my entire life. Extremely unprofessional, made to wait for 4 hours in queue for loan. Slow movers...highly irresponsible. Never will I ever deal with this bank. #hdfcsucks. You have no right to waste customers time by limiting loan closure to just one branch and then just one counter for entire Bangalore to harsh customers.

β β β β β Went in to get a DD and file TDS. The process took me like 30mins and the staff were very helpfull. Special shout out to Vinitha who helped me with TDS and sent me an email for the acknowledgement before the agreed upon time. She understood my urgency and took it on herself to help me out. I have been a customer of HDFC for almost 10years but today was the first time I felt like a valued customer. Thank you for making my day

β β β β β Horrible customer service! There is a counter called "May I help you", but their attitude here is like "Why should we help you?" I went to inquire about opening an account here and they treated me so badly. They were so rude and were talking down to me like I should have known what to do before even going there. The staff have very condescending attitudes. Better go to any other branch, or better yet, any other bank.

β β β β β Worst service for home loan process before applying they approaches was very good after applied online and offline they are not responding properly n day by day asking some different documents. The employees don't know how to talk with us after applying for home loan and excepting bribe from us if we deny they threatening us like we will cancel your application.
My request if you are really interested in helping for home loan help us don't tortoure us n delay the process.
Please learn some manners how to talk with the customer. Don't show difference before n after applying for loan.
Anything is required kindly ask within one shot don't ask for every day one documents
We had a good hope on HDFC home loan but this branch made us to lost trust

Whoever reading my comment...I am telling you please don't go there for anything. A few months back I got sanctioned a jumbo loan from HDFC bank. I had received it through the proper line of conduct.
On the date 09/22/2020, I had repaid the loan amount. I had talked with the concerning executive and the executive had confirmed that the amount I transferred has been reflected in the card number **** **** **** 8791. So that the jumbo loan was closed.
But now I am getting statements through emails saying that I have to pay 11,748.32 Rs regarding the jumbo loan that was fully closed and confirmed. And your executives are constantly enquiring about the amount I mentioned above.
Finally I contacted the customer service and they are saying "Sorry" for their irresponsible behaviour.
Vey vey vey bad...

β β β β β No proper communication right from reception to desk, they make you wait like anything. We had to wait for around 3 hrs just to sign some documents

β β β β β The help desk at this bank (kasturba road, HDFC Bangalore) has the most inefficient, rude and ironically the least helpful people I have come across. One individual in particular who goes by the name Neetu, siting at the help desk is extremely rude and unpleasant. She's also is quite clueless about the workings of the bank, has no knowledge or mannerisms. As both times that I interacted with her unfortunately has been nothing short of awful & pathetic. Due to her I am forced to give this a low rating, however other individuals sitting behind the person bankers desk are quite nice, helpful & polite namely MR. Rajanna & Ms. Kavya.
