★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid my electric bill by HDFC CrCard.Got sms confirming transaction. Then came email from bank that transaction error. Didnt make payment. Now insisting to make auto pay.So this was an excuse to force customer for auto pay instead of credit card. Very bad service record at all branches.

The second objective of the HDFC bank's Grievance Redressal Policy is 'b) All issues raised by customers are dealt with courtesy and resolved on time'.
But trust me guys I have been trying to sort out 2 issues since January and none of them is resolved yet.
However, the interesting fact is that their sales team is very proactive and reaches out to sell their products and services. Once they succeed in selling something then the customers do not mean anything to them.

I have been their business customer for 10 years and I am appalled at their pathetic service and response timing especially dealing with foreign exchange and currency. My request to them has been held up for 5 MONTHS. Pathetic Bank. I will be shifting to another bank soon.

Net Banking is not user friendly and to the point with multiple advertisements on page.
Citi Bank is the best private bank which deals which customers property and have good user interface for Net Banking
