I had submitted an application for the closure of my ongoing ECS in the HDFC, but despite of the written application that money got deducted from my account the very next month. Later I went to the branch and they don't have any clue about that. What kind of banking system is that ?
Overall a pathetic experience with this Patna branch of HDFC

First of all staffs don't know how to talk customers.
Secondly when they need something from you then they treat you like a saint but when you need something from them then they will treat you like a unknown or you are not part of this bank. Their attitude is always high like how big persons they are. Also if you want something to know they will never response unless you will not strict among them.
They always deduct money in the name of charges interest etc without informing you. They are just looters in the name of bank thats it.
I never recommend you to open account in this bank because of these reasons. Instead of this it will better for you to choose another bank.

I've a salary bank a/c in chennai and want to update my mailing address as NetBanking was having some issues.. asked them to update and u ll be stunned to know the reply.
"The debit card will get delivered to your current mailing address i.e chennai and then it will go to ur selayur branch as undelivered and then u request them to get it delivered to this branch"
What a solution.
