I have never met such disrespectful people in my life. Neither they were able to serve my needs nor had any kind of manners.

Worst bank of the world poor staff facility always disturbing customers to open new bank account and lot of charges they deduct from your account

Worst bank, be careful, account opening and depositing money is as easy as a cup of tea after that its worst than central bank prl. 90% of the services are just for advertisement and the manager and customer relation officer have same behavior as it used to be when bank used to be government sectors sugar child. Be careful if you are planning to open an account, I will recommend SBI or Axis bank Purulia. I am trapped for my money is there and I think the bank is helping me for last 3 years. Anyway overall my recommendation don't go this bank. Rest you can try your fate if you want some excitement and if you are bored in covit 19 or you are lonely and want to visit the bank many times. Their online banking is horrible, and 90% of the time you will not be able to make transaction due to their over protective security measures. They will always need to verify your identity and you should keep 20-25 minutes time if you plan for a transaction online or mobile banking. Honestly, worst private bank in Purulia, HDFC bank has good reputation but I think they send the worst and most incompetent employee in Purulia. I think Purulia HDFC is a reward posting for the overly underperformed employee. Did you see in last two years 20/30 reviews says worst behavior and staff. Still the bank never takes any action. This was same with SBI, then they decided to clean the system and you see it has excelled in it's performance. So honestly HDFC don't care about this branch or they are not interested. I am planning to send a mass petition against the branch to local government office, public right and HDFC bank main branch. I will need people support can you please share a like so that I can make a online petition and share it with everyone who have faced this consequences.

I don't think it's any way representing HDFC legendary services. Try to avoid this bank if it's not your last option. Amar Sarawgi, for me they are not able to give me an access to my account for last three years. HA HA

Excellent service... This bank has saved me a lot....it has kept my respect in front of my family,have paid my entrance application fee through this bank where other banks don't received that at the last moment.... best decision I have ever made to open an account in this bank.... truly satisfied customer
