I reached at 3:50 pm to deposit money but was sent back as i forgot my mask at home (which was a good thing). So, I came 5 minutes later at 3:55 but this time manager said you're late and "ab kal hi hoga." despite i told him that it was important for me to deposit money.
He could have helped me that time but he chose not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank staff finds reason to make fool out of the customer. They can't take print outs, they don't share their own bank staff's official contact number, not even for opening the account. Poor service, not justified in the name of a bank like HDFC.
