β β β β β Poor service, Staff tells that your work will be done in 03 days and they take more than weeks.
my account has not joint yet, been more than 15 days.
Vijay, so called personal banker misguided me! They also force to take extra service/policy/RD and victimize customers !
another Illiteracy level is they don't know copy past, they just type wrong details and update.
After 16 days now i have to wait to update E-mail id as they have filled it wrong.

Branch Manager and his staff don't have the customer handling etiquettes, they must enroll for such things.
This the reason for a POOR Ranking, the way they deal with their customers. WORST BANK IN HAMIRPUR (H.P) CITY, What will the Employee behavior whose manager does not know, how to deal with customers.
Branch Manager (+918091080901) Suggested me to Transfer the account (a silly suggestion, seems he is looking to complete his target ? ).
A REQUEST WITH EVERY USER, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
