Lame service treats customers like nothing. All they do is send automated replies not not the solution. Its been over a month since i got a human reply from them been writing mails after 20mails they gave huma reply which doesn't make sense at all.

This is worst service any one can get. On jan11 i did a transaction through SBI gateway. 60000 money got deducted for which i wrote to both SBI & HDFC for which SBI clearly said that the transaction is fail at their end. Since i am a HDFC customer i am trying to solve issue from HDFC end its been @25days i have been writing email (I wrote more than 15mails) Visited branch couple of times. I hardly received 2 replies back from HDFC. Now HDFC simply saying that the transaction is succesful from their end after 25days.such pathetic work never experienced from HDFC.

I with drawn INR 20000 beside this banks atm 15 minutes ago. I got 18 notes of 2000 and 3 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100. I requested at the teller's point 7 he told me wait for some time even no one is standing in the line then I replied notes are not good whatever I received in the ATM with Ink Points and some other marks, the same notes we can't get change in outside. I asked them come with me outside and tender the change after that the teller has given all INR 500 notes for 18000 in that there is one note with caramelic colour then I requested him to give another note. The both teller's replied we can't exchange notes here. Please find the note attached below whether I am right or wrong. I have been their customer for 14 years because of their service provided me but this nalgonda HDFC Bank team is very impolite with their customers. This is not a right way yo treat your customers. The above feedback is written be me from this bank right now.

Worst service ever . I visited bank for opening salary account they don't know how to create or open salary account and his name is Satish simply chatting with people instead of treating customers. Worst worst worst behaviour ever seen
