I went to open a bank account...and on my first day...they confused the hell out of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the bank like working as a government bank. If you go there for Demand draft their printer have always problem and they ask to go to other branch and tell us it will take 2 to 3 hours to get it repair. This is not my single experience. I had this experience many times. And they will directly not tell this thing to you. When you give dd request to counter she send us to go to teller authorizer than teller authorizer check DD details than again send to teller than teller takes your request and after that she tell us to go to other branch to make DD. And every day her branch manager takes meeting with staff in banking times. All customers are waiting for staff but this branch's branch manager keeps all customer waiting till 10 AM. This is very wrost thing for Bank like HDFC. Go after 10 for your work because if you at sharp 9.30 nobody will at their seat. All bank staff with Branch Manager cabin. I don't know why she is taking meeting with staff after 9.30 Am.
